"I found a few cheap deals on the..."
I found a few cheap deals on the site and got excited, but as soon as I tried to book them, they either weren’t available or the price suddenly changed. that’s on you guys for keeping deals up that people can’t actually get. It ended up feeling like a total waste of my time. If a deal is gone, just take it down

"Website could be easier to use"
To be fair, the crystaltravel.co.uk website did load fine and I was able to get through it in the end, but I found the whole process a bit clunky. Looking for the right flight details and comparing the options felt more confusing than it really needed to be.
Some of the buttons and information weren’t as clear as I’d expect, so I ended up going back a few times just to make sure I hadn’t missed anything. It does the job, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but it could definitely be smoother and more user-friendly.

"Not the personal help I was hoping for"
I booked with crystaltravel.co.uk thinking the extra personal support would make everything a bit smoother, but it just ended up being more hassle. I kept having to explain the same problem to different people, and it felt like nobody had any record of what had already been said
The replies took ages and most of them sounded like generic copy and paste messages. I was told someone would call me back, but that never happened, so in the end I had to sort most of it out myself. Stressful and definitely not the experience I expected

"Was on hold forever"
I swear I spent ages waiting on the phone, just listening to the hold music. I get that places get busy, but it felt way too long, and I nearly hung up a couple times. The actual reason I called wasn’t even a big thing, which made it more frustrating.

"Price jumped at checkout"
I wasn’t impressed with my experience on crystaltravel.co.uk. The price looked decent at first, but once I got to checkout, extra costs suddenly appeared. Come on now, if that’s the final price, just show it upfront. It felt a bit misleading and just wasted my time. I wouldn’t be in a rush to use them again.

"The refund took way too long..."
The refund took way too long to come back. I was still waiting after weeks and kept checking my account, which was super annoying. Not really happy with how slow the whole thing was tbh

"My flight itinerary had the wrong times..."
My flight itinerary had the wrong times on it, which is such a basic thing to mess up. I ended up having to double-check everything myself because apparently that was too much to get right. Not happy at all.

"Cancellation was a total mess"
I cancelled and somehow they still managed to make a simple refund feel impossible. I’m still waiting for my money back, which is pathetic for something that should be basic customer service

"Ticket confirmation took way too long"
I was frustrated with how long it took to get my ticket confirmation. I kept waiting and checking, but it just felt way too slow. It made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be, and by the end I was just disappointed...

"Agent seemed a bit unsure"
I ended up booking after calling them, but the person I spoke with didn’t seem to know much about the baggage stuff or how changes worked. I had to ask a couple times and still wasn’t totally clear after the call. The price seemed fine, I guess, but the help I got wasn’t really that useful...

"The price looked good until the fees showed up"
At first the booking seemed like a good deal, which is why I went with it. But then near the end, extra fees started showing up and the total wasn’t nearly as cheap anymore. It just felt kind of sneaky, like if they had shown that upfront then... I don’t know, I might’ve made a different choice. Customer service was fine enough, but I really don’t like getting surprised right when I’m about to pay. I’d probably think twice before using them again

"Payment was a mess"
Tried booking on crystaltravel.co.uk and the payment just would not go through. It failed a couple times, but then my bank still showed a pending charge, which was stressful. I contacted support but they were slow to reply and didnt help much. Not a great experiance

"Slow support and not very helpful"
Support was slow and not much help when I finally got a response. I had to keep chasing them just to get basic answers, which got frustrating fast. It kind of gave me the impression they’re more focused on taking your money than actually helping once there’s an issue. Not really what I expected

"Well... I called Crystal Travel about changing..."
Well... I called Crystal Travel about changing a ticket, the agent I spoke with was rude. He kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain the situation and sounded annoyed right from the beginning.
When I asked a few basic questions, the replies were short and not very helpful. I didn’t really get a clear explanation, and it felt like I was bothering him just by asking, which is not how customer service should feel.
Maybe I just happened to get the wrong person that day, but the whole experience definitely put me off using Crystal Travel again. It was awkward and frustrating for something that should have been fairly simple.

"Frustrating help with my travel documents!!"
I was disappointed with the support I got about my travel documents. I asked what I thought was a simple question, but the replies were super vague and didn’t actually clear anything up!! It just made everything more stressful right before my trip. The whole chat felt rushed, like they just wanted me gone. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Frustrating experience trying to change my flight"
I wasn’t happy with the help I got when trying to change my flight because the whole process felt really messy and confusing, like I kept getting passed around or given unclear info and by the time I thought I understood what to do there was suddenly another step or issue, so it ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Ended up costing more than it was worth"
At first the prices seemed reasonable, but once I got through the booking process, the extra charges started adding up and it really didn’t feel like good value anymore. I reached out for help and didn’t get much of an answer, so I ended up escalating the complaint because it felt like nobody was taking it seriously. i could’ve booked somewhere else for less and avoided the whole hassle. I won’t be using them again.

"Not sure loyalty means anything here"
I’ve been a repeat customer, but it didn’t feel like anyone cared. I kept coming back thinking it would count for something, but now I’m worried I was just being taken for granted or fooled into thinking loyalty mattered here.
